If I had been teaching that 'advanced drop in' class, I would NOT have moved on to the second portion until I was sure that the majority of the class had got the jists of the first.
Afterall, what would be the point?????
Had the instructor been paying attention to his class he would have noticed that they were not able to keep up and should have adjusted his teachings accordingly.
There is nothing like paying attention to your class - and for me, that is a 1st class example
