Rather than drawing more attention to this thread, I suggest rhat all members vote with their feet and, if they were contemplating going to this event, go elsewhere or stay at home.

I'll hazard a guess, however, that the spammer will get several additional punters through their door as a result of posting here. Hence, they will doubtless do it again.
