I think the only feasable time would be on a sat. ( locally in weymouth area ) maybe something like 1 to 4 pm... I would have some location choices I believe under that time frame.. secondly, I would need some guarantees that at least 6 people would show ( the hall rental would be between£21 and 30 for the 3hrs ) date wise.. possibly April..
