I abhor those learners attending a class that are not suitable for them. They are struggling with the steps or routines or variations or patterns (whatever you call it) that are being taught, and also spoiling the class and my enjoyment.
If you were a follower I would be broadly sympathetic but as a leader don't you think you are missing a trick here?
I find those struggling followers actually very useful for my own learning. They force me to lead them for starters whereas the better girls can almost do the routine by themselves. Trying the routine with them also highlights which moves are pretty much universally leadable and which ones require the girl to know 'her part'. I'd rather work this out during the class than on the dance floor.
