Terence, you asked: “How much training have you had in "teaching" or are you a dancer that "discovered" you knew HOW to teach?”


Weren’t you a dancer first before you consider teaching i.e. progression to do what you naturally love doing? There is no way you can do the other way round. You need to be a carpenter or, at least, have the knowledge of carpentry before you can or consider teaching and studying the teacher training course.


So what’s wrong with having learned Salsa for years, progressed to higher level, and start experimenting to teach beginners? Someone has to start somewhere.
