It sounds like the enlightened management of your venue have learned that they are going to have to change the way they do business and not only cater for excessive drinkers.
Reports from the licenced trade are gloomy so many more managers are going to have to start thinking about 'alternative' entertainment and better meeting the needs of the non-drinkers.
Just this one action of expanding the range of reasonably priced non-alcoholic drinks (and cocktails) should go a long way to spark the interests of salseros and non-salseros alike, making tap water a less appealing altrnative.
