Their actions after all, cause damage, disruption and turmoil for everyone. It would be better for all concerned to rid Salsa once and for all of their presence or force them by the threat to change their selfish ways! If they choose not to and get themselves banned, who cares about them anyway they are selfish selfish selfish.

They have no argument and they have no right either, to sponge off of their fellow dancers; for that is exactly what they do with every pint of tap water they order. They sponge off of their fellow dancers and they damage Salsa. They don’t deserve sympathy or understanding … They’ve had all the fair and reasonable economic arguments patiently put to them.

I consider anyone who wishes to force me to buy something I do not wish to have in order to keep their venue economical as them sponging off me - forcing me to spend money to keep their costs down. Why should I, as someone who doesn't wish to drink, subsidise you?

If those clubs are not economical without the drink, eventually salsa venues will settle on places that are economical as dance venues, rather than drinking establishments. The most long lived successful venue is Ealing Town Hall from what I can make out - I have never bought a drink there.
