I hear you ElD & thanks to lurking on this forum for a few years - do understand how things presently work.

It's only the fact that they somehow are NOT working (i.e. you losing several venues, Bath Salsa losing the upstairs dance floor to Pool Tables etc)that I would even consider investigating alternative models.

You must admit that if a model COULD be found, where 1 fee is made to cover ALL costs - venues would not be disappearing so regularly.

I for one will carry on having a few alch/soft drinks each time I go out - just like I did before I realised that I should be!!
