Don't think you would somehow ... it costs around £60 to start a court action and you're clearly a tight ass who hasn't got a clue about the babble you've come out with in this thread, including the fact that a promoter can ban you for being a tap water drinker. He can ban you for a number of legitimate reasons especially if he considers your selfish attitude may damage/ disrupt his business and inconvenience his regular clientele! He will have a perfect legal right to do that. The law applies to licencee who has to provide free drinking water when asked to do so. But, it would be a little difficult for someone like you to be refused tap water if you didn't make it through the door in the first place because you'd been banned for being a sponger!
