Metro areas in ANY country, have a decided advantage over the provincial and country towns... and yet... on the other hand, rental space may be much less and alcohol is not a determining factor and probably little competing entities.
Swings and roundabouts ?... ,would personally opt for the variety from which a metro area draws ( have run both in the past )
