But it's not me that relays on good will and charity and needs to stealth tax his 'customers' to please a venue hirer whilst lining his own pockets. So your questions to me are irrelevent really.

Don't you have confidence in your product to charge a single price taking out the subsidy you expect us to pay on your behalf behinded the bar?
