You can't escape the FACT that for your so-called business to survive you need people to pay you directly and then pay you indirectly by throwing money away over the bar to keep the venue owner happy! What sort of business plan is that!

So come on, name yourself and your venue so we can all come and buy a pint or a glass of wine or fruit based drink for the ladies and subsidise you lack of busines nouse and ability to bring in a large enough crowd to make the presence of water drinkers irrelevent!
