Firstly, I don't need to answer any of your questions as they are irrelevent to the substance of the debate which is that you believe you have a right to make money off people by charging them a fee for your do's whilst expecting them to also pay for drinks to keep you in a venue. whilst believing that those that ask for free what are a threat to your little fifedom. And that, my friend, is no way in which to run a business (or a fifedom!).

Further to your other rubbish on contract law you say,

This seems to contradict your statement of belief in having a legal right to exclude people at will as a promoter from a venue as you have no written contract which allows you to do so. Further more ref. insurance, both promoter and venue have a duty of care towards customers AT ALL TIMES WHILST ON PREMISSES, I won't bore you with why as it further detracts from the matter at hand

You obviously have something to hide by not wanting the world to know who you are/where your business is. I can only assume that you do not want to risk someone taking an interest in your goings on and digging to see whether you pay tax, have UKA etc. qualifications, have 3rd party insurance, etc. etc. etc. - I just bet you don't.

You're just a nothing little 'promoter' making a nice little cash in hand second income and greedy to make more to help pay your mortgage.
