As you have asked for names and addresses so you can pass details to your friend at HMRC ... Would you like to give us your name and place of employment; so we can pass them on to your employer who might think that you'd be better employed passing your time earning the money for which, I imagine you expect to be paid, call it the goods and services you provide ... I'm guessing now, at the Library!
