I agree with twinkletoes' suggestions. It sounds as though you are criticising some of your partners, which is inappropriate and also bad manners on the dance floor - after all, it could be your lead that is wrong, or she could be a dancer of a different style. If you don't enjoy dancing with someone or you think they are a "bad" dancer, simply don't ask them again!
