It’s been argued, fiercely, that Salsa dance is not taxing and Salsa does not require the level of fitness and agility needed for some of the styles they need to perform on BBC ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ competition.

Based on that argument, now I know I am exceedingly unfit. Frankly, I’m knackered just watching those Salsa dancers that do multiple turns and spins and their sweats, sometimes, disgustingly, splash to on-lookers.

Can anyone tell me why Salsa music, sometimes, last forever? I know some tracks, for example, ‘Lady’ lasts for 6 minutes and 43 seconds. One of Wayne Gorbea's tracks lasts 9 minutes and something. Not to mention ‘Boranda’ that last thirteen minutes and something. Due to my ignorant and being unfit, I have danced with these songs when I first heard them, and I thought I was going to collapse because my knees were almost giving up, before the music ended.
