I'm a new Frenchie girl on the forum. I wanted to give you an information about a French salsa festival that most people are unaware of. I'm actually talking about Nevoy's "Bailar Cuba Festival" (Nevoy is in the "Loiret" about 30 min from Orleans).
2010 is Bailar Cuba's 3rd edition. And as the past two years, the festival will exclusively present some of the best bands and dancing masters of the moment in Europe.

Tirso Duarte gets top billing this year. But El Son del Indio (Manolito Simonet y su trabucco's former singer with his new band ) will also be there i.e. the show promises to be amazing.
For your information, last year's headliner was a total exclusivity in Europe: Lisandro y Su Tratado, one of the best N.Y. cuban bands in the US.

The third scoop of this edition is Yanek Revilla Romero's come over with his company CASINO.COM, worl rueda champions since 2004. Bailar Cuba snatched him form the huge CUBAMEMUCHO money machine :P!!! Respect! But many other outstanding masters will give lessons in particular the majestic Sergio Larrinaga and so many thers such as Roynet Perez. Let 's not forget the DJs, among the best in Paris.
