Malcolm ‘Baz’ Barrett is a Salsa enthusiast from the UK as well as being a co-founder of the website www.latindance.com.cy: An extensive and informative directory to all things Latin on the beautiful island of Cyprus. He is also a serving member of the British Armed forces, or more precisely a firefighter in the Royal Air Force. At present he is away from his adopted home of Cyprus and is part of the British military contingent based in Basra, Iraq.
When news reached him that he would be going to this arid and hostile land, he decided to take his passion for dancing with him. I’m organising a fundraising night of live Latin music on 20th October, headlined by Roberto Pla’s 17 piece band, for CENIT, and Ecuadorian charity aiding street children. Hi, my name is Roger. I have a burning passion for salsa music and dance, but I have found that great salsa music / video isn’t always easy to find. So I’ve decided to build a salsa music / video website which aims to make it easier for people to obtain (legally) truly great salsa.
I already have some excellent support from a small number salsa promoters and DJs, but I figure that with just a little help from even more people who share my enthusiasm for salsa, it may be possible (in time) to make Salsa Mart the best specialist salsa music / video on-line store. Any tiny bit of help or advice at all will be gratefully received. This is the kind of help I could use:

He has15 years experience of teaching, choreographing massive dance shows and entertaining any size of crowd. In the Dominican Republic he was 6 X undefeated Salsa champion, a celebrity regularly seen on TV all over South America dancing or competeing in Salsa, Merengue and Bachata competitions.
